Job Description

We're looking for a Lead / Senior Engineer who are experienced in Node, Python or Golang, and AWS or GCP. Your main mission is to work with the founders, PM, designers and other engineers to create a AI-driven recruitment platform that provides the best experience for our users. You will be given the responsibilities and opportunities to make an impact to our product and businesses.

• This is a full-time, remote position
• Work very closely with the founders to iterate quickly and build an app people love using
• Design a scalable cloud-based architecture
• Work closely with Product, Design and Engineering to build the features according to specs

Qualifications

• Expertise in backend development in Golang
• Experience with frontend development in Vue/React is a plus!
• Experience in leading scrum ceremonies (Scrum Master)
• Experience in architecting microservices on the cloud and choosing technologies that enable scalable, distributed systems
• Experience in DevOps on Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD
• Familiarity with various data stores (e.g. NoSQL, Redis, etc)
