Operational Execution & Automation: Design and deploy automation workflows using modern cloud infrastructure and AI tools to persistently reduce manual work and resolve system bottlenecks.

2+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Engineering.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, dbt, ELT workflows, and cloud data infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Snowflake, etc.).
Experience with data orchestration and automation tools (e.g., Dagster, Prefect, Airflow, or n8n) to schedule and monitor pipelines.
Strong knowledge of working with and integrating APIs (experience with tools like dlt or Airbyte is a plus).
Proven experience leveraging Agentic coding tools to efficiently plan, architect, and implement solutions.
Experience building clear, actionable dashboards with a focus on modern or open-source BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Preset, Streamlit, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with data monitoring, quality control, and ensuring pipeline accuracy.
Strong project management skills with the ability to scope work packages and align cross-functional stakeholders.
Familiarity with AdTech and programmatic advertising (DSPs, audience segmentation, taxonomy).
