  • Own and secure our Microsoft system landscape: Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, Microsoft 365, Defender for Endpoint
  • Implement and maintain scalable security policies (MFA, conditional access, encryption, RBAC)
  • Manage user roles, group policies, and access controls across the organization
  • Continuously harden our server und client environments (Windows, Linux, macOS) against threats
  • Secure endpoints and mobile devices with patching, monitoring, and compliance tools
  • Support incident response, troubleshoot security events, and prevent recurrence
  • Contribute to ISO 27001, BSI, and NIS2 compliance with lean, practical solutions 
  • Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft System Administrator in a fast-paced or security-critical environment
  • Strong knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange, Intune, and Microsoft 365 administratio
  • Familiar also with Linux server set-ups and MacOS clients.
  • Deep understanding of access control models, least-privilege principles, and MFA/2FA solutions
  • Practical experience with security tools: Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, encryption
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, BSI, and classified communication standards (VSFD)
  • Certifications such as MS-102, SC-300, AZ-500, MS-500 are highly valued
  • Intrinsic motivation, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving mindset
