Job Description

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who thrives in product-focused environments, loves taking end-to-end ownership of products or components, and can lead a team to deliver high-impact solutions.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and grow a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and excellence.

  • Own the full lifecycle of a product or component—from design and development to deployment and optimization.

  • Shape the technical roadmap alongside product and design teams.

  • Influence architecture and processes to ensure scalability, quality, and maintainability.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong engineer or engineering manager with hands-on leadership experience, taking full ownership of products from concept to production in product-driven companies.

  • Strong end-to-end ownership mindset—you take products or major components from concept to production, owning the full lifecycle.

  • Hands-on technical expertise with TypeScript, Node.js, Nest.js, React/Next.js, Terraform, Azure, and MongoDB/PostgreSQL.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Excited to join a mission-driven, high-growth environment shaping the energy future.
